Reichert Family Lines the Race Route

| The Big Race between 8 year old Jason and 80 year old Grandad was staged under sunny skies in the rose garden of the Santa Barbara Mission on December 26,2001. Starter Bink Lavorin kept an eye out for a false start. Jason took an early lead and held on to win by a head as Grandad staged a late kick challenge. Judges Jeremy and Jordan Lavorin were unanimous in their decision and Jason walked away with the prize. |
