I just wanted to share
the good news that Beth said yes last night when
I asked her to marry me!
we spent the day
at papallacta with the highschool group and then I took her to
dinner at cafe mosaico
overlooking old quito...
...then we went back to el
refugio and up to the hill with the cross on it and I made a
fire and then I told her to wait till I came and got her.
Then I walked over
and uncovered the
aisle/walkway that I had made (kind of like the one at Peter
and
Celeste´s wedding, but with candles and poinsettas and
stuff) and lit all the candles.
Then I went and got her
and we walked down the aisle
to the foot of the cross and that´s where I did it.
